Founded by a team of young, energetic visionaries with years of experience across banking, finance, and real estate, we’re driven by a passion to bridge the trust gap that holds back millions from secure, affordable homes. Our flagship platform, eFRINO, empowers tenants, landlords, agents, investors, and developers through innovative technology and sustainable practices.
From our roots in Lagos, we’re building a seamless ecosystem where monthly rents open doors to ownership, and blockchain transparency ensures every transaction is secure. Currently, our MVP is at the integration stage, set to launch a pilot in Q4 2025, with plans to introduce tokenization by 2026. With a self-funded journey to this point, we’re now seeking $300K to accelerate growth and deliver on Nigeria’s $5B PropTech potential.

Sam Adekeye is the visionary Founder and CEO of Housing101, a next-generation PropTech company redefining Nigeria’s real estate through Flexible Living, Trusted Solutions, and Sustainable Innovation. With over six years of experience leading Agile Fintech project delivery at Sterling Bank and Access Bank, and nearly a decade as a Realtor and Property Consultant, Sam bridges the worlds of finance, real estate, and technology to build trusted, future-ready housing solutions. Through Housing101, he is championing a transparent, secure, and sustainable property ecosystem designed to close Africa’s housing trust gap and promote inclusive ownership.
